These films show a continuous shot from chaos and to order, with hints of he history of cinema, such as curved auditoriums and balcony seating. I filmed one with artificial lighting and the same shot again but with candle light. Going to the cinema in the past was an occasion and the lighting would have been romantic and intimate in the foyers of the buildings. It creates a different atmosphere unlike the harsh artificial lights todays cinemas have.
